Job Description:

We are currently seeking friendly and reliable individuals to join our team as Guest Services Drivers for the upcoming winter season. As a Guest Services Driver at Niseko Portfolio, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay by providing safe and efficient transportation services.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport guests to and from various locations within the Niseko area, including accommodation, restaurants, activities, and shopping trips

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide assistance with gear and other belongings

  • Coordinate driving schedule subject to daily requirements

  • Assist and support Front Desk Officers to ensure smooth operation of guest services

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for vehicles at all times, logging damages and maintenance, and ensuring vehicles are topped up with fuel

  • Assist with guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times

  • Maintaining a professional standard of driving, ensuring speed, music, parking and attitude is appropriate at all times

  • Removing snow from vehicles and properties

  • Supporting the housekeeping team by driving them to properties and assisting with linen bags on request

Qualifications:

  • Valid International Driver’s License with a clean driving record

  • Excellent driving skills

  • Ski resort experience preferred

  • Driving in snow experience preferred

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing outstanding hospitality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Japanese) are a plus

  • Must have or be eligible for a Japanese Working Holiday Visa

We are looking to fill the pastry chef position to make gelato on our summer team at Niseko Gelato due to busy season! IF you don’t have experience to make gelato, don’t worry! Job Description

  • Acknowledgement and greeting of Guests.
  • Table service and taking orders.
  • Provide concept and menu explanations to Guests.
  • Communicate with the kitchen on orders and special requests.
  • Taking orders to each table.
  • Assist in making simple drinks orders.
  • Bussing & table cleaning.
  • Anticipating Guest needs and encouraging sales of drinks and food items.
