What to Expect When Working in Niseko
Winter in Niseko is fast paced with many international and domestic visitors coming to enjoy the famous powder snow. Many visitors to the area in Winter speak English, and many customer facing positions call for basic English proficiency. During the winter months many job listings do not require Japanese language proficiency, however most jobs will list it is often a favourable skill to have.
There are many staff from around the world who come to stay for the entire winter season, working while skiing and snowboarding as often as possible.
