Position Summary
As a Driver , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our team to and from designated locations within Hirafu and Kutchan. The role will also include transportation of guests between hotel and their destinations. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of safe, while adhering to Japanese Driving Regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate shuttle buses in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Transport team members to and from specified locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle bus, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues.
- Adhere to a predetermined schedule, adjusting routes as necessary to accommodate changes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless transportation services.
- Provision of transportation for guests of the hotel.
Qualifications:
- Japanese Driving License
- Valid Working Visa or rights to employment in Japan
- Comfortable driver larger vans in winter conditions.
- Strong communication.
- Good knowledge of traffic laws or interest in receiving appropriate training by our team.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
