SENIOR HALL MANAGER / RESTAURANT MANAGER (FULL TIME – Contract starts from November 2024) 

  • 4 years or more experience in a managerial position in restaurants
  • Multi-lingual experience in Japanese, Chinese and English
  • Strong F&B and restaurant operations knowledge and skills.
  • Strong leadership, people management and training skills.
  • Able to communicate in Japanese and English, both verbally and in writing, with guests and employees Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, basic computer knowledge and accounting
  • knowledge of food and beverage operations including food, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction

  • Experience in Customer Service planning/training and VOC management from a 5-star hotel or higher

Key duties include

The Spa Manager is responsible for managing the team and day-to-day operations of the Rikka Spa as well as delivering on the strategic objectives of the brand.
