We are looking for staff that are team-oriented, friendly, calm and collected, have good problem-solving skills and are well-organised with a keen eye for detail. Applicants should be well-presented with excellent etiquette possessing a positive attitude and strong work-ethic.

Working Hours: 40-45hrs, 5-6 days per week.
Location: Niseko Hirafu

Key Responsibilities:

Help supervising seasonal hotel staff.
Monitor guests’ arrivals and departures and greet and welcome guests.
Respond to and follow up on reservations and guest services enquiries.
Ensure reservations, airport transfers and guest services requests are accurately booked and delivered to a high standard.
Liaise with the Hotel staff to ensure reservations and guest services payments are confirmed and received.
Assist with the service delivery of the Hotel breakfast for guests.
Assist the Owner when required.
Required Skills:

Bilingual Japanese & English preferred.
Excellent Communication & Organisation Skills
Experience in Hospitality preferred
Driving License required.

Remuneration:
Hourly Pay, negotiable depending on experience.

Staff Accommodation available. Private Room – 60,000 JPY per month.
Lift Pass reimbursed upon completion of contract, up to 70,000 JPY.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Process bank deposits
Reconcile financial statements
Identify and address discrepancies
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

Required Skills:
2 years minimum experience in accounting and office administration.

Position Summary

 As a Driver , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our team to and from designated locations within Hirafu and Kutchan. The role will also include transportation of guests between hotel and their destinations.  You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of safe, while adhering to Japanese Driving Regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate shuttle buses in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Transport team members to and from specified locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle bus, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues.
  • Adhere to a predetermined schedule, adjusting routes as necessary to accommodate changes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless transportation services.
  • Provision of transportation for guests of the hotel.

Qualifications:

  • Japanese Driving License 
  • Valid Working Visa or rights to employment in Japan
  • Comfortable driver larger vans in winter conditions. 
  • Strong communication.
  • Good knowledge of traffic laws or interest in receiving appropriate training by our team. 
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Sales Supervisor / Manager @ MUWA NISEKO

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Manager is responsible to develop and foster business through proactive direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and tours of the hotel. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.
Identify areas of opportunity in performance and recommend tools and sales training to optimize the performance of the sales team. Additionally, work with individual hotel teams to identify skill development areas and properly deploy sales and marketing resources.


REQUIRMENTS
● High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
● 3+ years of past sales experience preferred.
● Essential prior experience in the field of hospitality with specific experience in Local and International TA sales.
● Must have experience at a similar size and quality hotel.
● Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written in Japanese and English.
● Must possess computer skills, including, the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Must be willing to “pitch in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
● Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate.
● Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
● The ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, coworkers, the public, guests, and vendors. Job specific tasks

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
● Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone and email prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication.
● Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in written form to previous, current, and potential clients.
● Handle account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented. Coordinate various departments participation in servicing accounts.
● Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
● Prepare information for, meet with and entertain clients as deemed appropriate by potential business from that account.
● Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to all departments in the hotel to ensure high quality of service to customers.
● Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
● Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports, and file maintenance.
● Participate in daily business review meetings, pre-convention meetings, training, and other sales-related meetings as required.
● Professionally represents the hotel in trade shows, community events and industry organizations/meetings.
● Knowledge of market trends, competition, and key customers of the hotel.
● Responsible to act, performing, and being discreet according to MUWA NISEKO/ Brand Policy, Procedures, and Standards Compliances
