Kitchen Staff - NISADE
Restaurant Elements, located in the Always Hotel, is looking for a full-time staff member. Your main duties will include cooking and cleaning, customer service, and sales. You will be responsible for supporting both the front and back of house teams to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations. From food preparation, porter, table clearing to guest service, the day-to-day operations of this position require a person who pays attention to detail and can work in a flexible environment. As with all Hospitality team members, You will be the face of the restaurant and is responsible for providing an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
Preparing food
- Checking food inventory and placing orders
- Work with front of house staff to ensure that all guest meal requests are served on time

Requirements

Hotel Manager ーNISADE
Available in either Niseko or Rusutsu
The Hotel Manager oversees the overall day to day operations of hotels in Niseko. Their job entails overseeing every aspect of the hotel to ensure smooth operations and maximum profit. The Hotel Manager performs their daily tasks and assists the Hotel Director in supervising their staff to ensure customer satisfaction is increased by improving the hotels’ standard operational procedure. The Hotel Manager also need to coordinate with the relevant departments that are involved with properties’ marketing and maintenance, any changes and/or decisions discussed between the Hotel Manager and the relevant department are required to be reported to the Hotel Director accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Hotel Director for the interviewing, orienting, and training of hotel/properties staff to ensure maximum revenue for management
- Assisting the Hotel Director to organize a training programs to enhance the job skills and performance of hotel personnel
- Liaise with the Sales and Marketing staff to develop and implement strategies for growing the business
- Monitor the coordination between the different parts of a hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operations in re, Maintenance, Owner Liaison, Housekeeping Team, & Accounting Team
- Monitor the account receivable, payable, and purchase requisitions of each hotel department by providing a budget report for Hotel Director’s approval
- Receiving a monthly update on Management Association & PNL reports from accounting department

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel management or similar role
- Native level Japanese required (verbal & written)

Owner Experience Manager - NISADE
Owner Experience Manager shall be the first contact for all Owner-related matters and shall work closely with other internal departments to ensure that properties are well-kept and Owner enquiries are tended to in a timely manner.

Owner Relationship
- Develop close working relationships with all Property Owners, including Letting and Private Owners
- Ensure Owner Records are up to date, including contact, banking details, and other key information
Owner Accounting
- Strong understanding of the monthly Owner Statements and assist with any enquiries regarding the Statements
- Oversee Owner Account Balance and top-up requests when necessary
- Assist Owner Property Accountants in the preparation of annual tax filings
