Yoga workshop by Sanctuary Niseko
We at Sanctuary Niseko Yoga are excited to announce the return of Cat Alip Douglas at the end of the month (Feb 2016), after a successful series of Workshops and classes last year.
Cat from Sangye Yoga London and her husband Phil are here for their second year, teaching one open session at Hirafu 188 and 4 workshops at The Orchards, Niseko, between 27 Feb and 2 Mar.
We are excited to bring such high calibre teachers to the area, exposing Niseko to a broader audience and bringing with them attendees from all reaches of the globe such as Brazil, Europe and North America. It is a great opportunity to give an alternative to and also compliment the traditional draws of Niseko for residents and visitors alike.

Geisha experience tour in Otaru / 18th Feb
Interacting with Geisha is a special experience, even among Japanese perple, as practicing Geisha are becoming increasingly rare and the expense can be very high.With a private Geisha trip, guests are offered a unique opportunity;leaving the SkiJapan.com office in Hirafu Village during the afternoon,you will have some free time in the nearby town of Otaru – a historic Port City of Hokkaido. Afterwards you will be transported to Kihinkan to participate in the traditional Geisha experience where you will be greeted by Geisha hosts with dancing and traditional games while enjoying a Japanese set-course meal and drinks.

＜Launching of fireworks (section 2)＞
At the completion of night skiing, there will be a display of fireworks, an art that Japan treats with great pride. The display will take place on the lower part of the Alpen Course in front of the Hotel Niseko Alpen.
