Job Summary
The primary duties and responsibilities are to maintain and manage the properties and to manage the housekeeping,
maintenance and guest services teams, all up to up market and prestigious standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for recruitment, scheduling and management the day to day activities of all staff.
• Ensure that good housekeeping and cleaning standards are consistently practiced as per SOP.
• Ensure the chalets remain in good working condition.
• Responsible for ongoing staff training programs to up-skill the staff.
• Facilitate regular team meetings. Coordinate effective communication between operations, reservations and guest
services.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, deal with any guest and owner queries.
• Deal with suppliers and all procurement matters for operations.
Requirements
• Proven working experience as manager with min. 5 years working experience in hospitality

Guest Services Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for the efficient handling of the guest journey, from booking to arrival, check in and out, customer service,
assisting with local sales, events and marketing by supervising, training and participating in all manners required.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
• Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones, handle guests’ complaints
• Assist all local sales and marketing activities, including events and photo shoots
• Coordinate booking and pre-arrival details with all teams
• Keep record of all guest data, guest reviews and complaints

Job Summary
Responsible for the efficient coordination between different departments handling guests, local vendors and administrative
support.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure flawless communication between our different departments
• Respond to guests needs
• Coordinate pre-arrival details with the Manila team and local team
• Keep record of all guest data, guest reviews and complaints in our portal
• Filing registration documents
• Handle company mobile phone requests
• Assist housekeeping and maintenance obtaining quotations from local vendors

Job Overview
The Night Front Desk staff performs day-to-day night front desk duties. The team works together to improve the service every day for the owners and guests to experience the best hospitality in Setsu Niseko.
Responsibilities and Duties
The key tasks that are required of this person include:
- Handle check in and out
- Handle and confirm bills
- Touch up onsens
- Go round the hotel to make sure nothing is wrong
- Handle the emergency
- Responding to requests from owners and guests including phone call and emails

Qualifications / Requirements
- Good at numbers and like to do detailed work

The key tasks that are required of this person include:
- Guest room cleaning (Bed making, kitchen, bathroom, living room cleaning)
- Room inspection after cleaning
- Making daily cleaning report
- Handling guest requests (delivery amenities, towels)
Reports to: Setsu Niseko Housekeeping Officer and Supervisor

- Like to keep things clean and tidy
