are currently looking for an Accounting Manager / Group Accounting Manager
Candidate to oversee accounting operations at our existing hotel, Chalet Ivy Hirafu, and
assist with preparations for the opening of our new hotel, Chalet Ivy Weiss.
Responsibilities
・Managing bank accounts
・Handling petty cash and cash register operations
・Managing sales, payments, and accounts receivable
・Issuing invoices
・Budget planning and performance monitoring
・Preparing reports for the headquarters
・Recording journal entries and preparing financial statements (with certain tasks
outsourced to an accounting firm)
・Processing payroll
・Supporting the setup and integration of hotel and accounting systems for the new
hotel’s opening
※ Assistance from a hotel system implementation specialist will be provided
・Supervising accounting staff and creating shift schedules
Qualifications
・High school diploma or higher
・Valid driver’s license
・Experience in accounting, management experience
