Job Overview
The Accounting Officer will support the Senior Finance Manager and handle accounting tasks related to hotel operations and condominium owners, helping to provide excellent hospitality at Setsu Niseko. We are looking for both full-time or part-time candidates for this role.
Responsibilities (for both full-time and part-time positions)
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including entering data into accounting systems and managing sales and deposits.
- Handle general banking activities and payment processing.
- Coordinate billing tasks, work with internal teams, and prepare invoices and related documents.

- Process advances, travel expenses, and reimbursements.
