Niseko Gourmet Assistant 

This role is based in Kutchan, Hokkaido. This is a parttime role throughout the entire year. 

 

Main tasks:

General reservation and booking management

Liaise with Japanese chefs and kitchen staff

Ordering with our local suppliers

Marketing support (website details and photo shoots).

Stock control of food and consumables

Inventory keep

Liaison with our overseas teams

Training of catering hosts
