CHINESE RESTAURANT HEAD CHEF (FULL TIME – Contract starts from November 2024) 

Having experience working in a chinese restaurant kitchen or chinese hotpot  

– Operational management and supervision of kitchen including preparation, cooking, and presentation to  customers 

Procurement and purchase of ingredients 

Menu planning and creation 

Budget management of food costs and labor costs 

Plan staff roster to ensure adequate manpower 

Responsible for the training of staff in cuisine knowledge 

Inventory management and control 

Education and management of kitchen staff 

High standards of kitchen quality guaranteed 

Compliance with and enforcement of public health regulations and safety standards 

Monitor customer satisfaction and product quality based on customer evaluations

Employment Package Details 

Language: Chinese / Japanese. English optional but highly desirable. Salary: ¥500,000 above /month (All Inclusive) 

Location: Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan 

Working Conditions:
