JOB DESCRIPTION

The Luxe Nomad/Nisade has a well-established and operating owner and property management division with a wide range of properties across Asia within its portfolio. Emerging from the pandemic and with a renewed sense of purpose with The Luxe Nomad’s partnership we are looking to drive Property Management and Owner & Guest Experience forward and truly challenge the status quo within the hospitality industry. We are seeking a talented and driven HR Compliance Manager to join us on this journey, ensuring that our HR practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.

 

As the HR Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and industry standards. You will conduct audits and reviews to assess compliance levels, provide guidance and training to employees and managers on compliance matters, and investigate and resolve complaints related to HR compliance. Your role will be instrumental in minimizing legal and regulatory risks for the organisation and maintaining a fair and ethical work environment.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • In-depth Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry standards.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct audits and reviews to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on compliance matters.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve complaints related to HR compliance.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations.

  • From 6 million JPY per annum (Full-time equivalent)
  • Starting from 15 days annual leave (Full-time equivalent)
