Position : Guest Services Staff 

Full time 

 Key Responsibilities  

  • Handling guest enquiries, including owner stays, and assist selling allotments and create promotion on OTAs and Roomboss 
  • Greeting and checking guests into their accommodation 
  • Assist guests during their stay to ensure they have a positive and memorable holiday in Niseko. 
  • Ensure properties are presentable and in good condition by checking the properties before the guest arrivalPick up and drop off the guests 
  • Upsell Taiga’s guest services to guests 
  • Accounting tasks related to accommodation. 
  • Verification and processing of invoices from vendors/supplies 
  • Administrative tasks for seasonal staff employment 
  • Other general affairs 

Key Qualities 

  • Upbeat and sunny team player 
  • • Bilingual in English and Japanese 
  • • Experience in hospitality industry (guest services, customer services), understands the industry with a hospitality mindset, great with people in general 
  • (guests/owners/vendors/suppliers/staff) 
  • • Can multi task 
  • • Strong communication skills, able to report/liaise internally 
  • • Good with admin work(word, excel, and ppt) and numbers (invoicing, manage cash etc) 
  • • Has drivers license 
  • • Preferable if flexible with the schedule 

Working Hours 

40 hours per week, 8 Hours per day, 2 days off per week, paid overtime. 

 Remuneration 

¥250,000~290,000 per month depending on skills and experience.
