Hi! We are DNA LLC and operate some cafe, restaurant and bar in the central Hirafu area. We are looking to fill the pastry chef position to make gelato on our summer team at Niseko Gelato due to busy season! IF you don’t have experience to make gelato, don’t worry! We will train you well and you will pick it up quickly as long as you have enough career as a pastry!!

The pastry position in the winter 24-25 is available at the moment and main job is to make variety of cakes. If you want to have great experience both the summer season with greens and winter season with Japow in Niseko, it will be great to join us!
