Job Description:
Nikota Realty is looking for an experienced real estate broker to join our team in Niseko. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a deep understanding of Niseko’s real estate market and a history of completing transactions successfully. You will work closely with Nikota Realty’s professional team and be responsible for assisting clients buy and sell multiple property types in and around the Niseko. Excellent compensation for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of existing and new properties as well as local regulations affecting owners
- Demonstrate your expertise and provide expert advice as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Work closely with buy and sell-side clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist in obtaining sell-side listing agreements from sellers
- Prepare, present and negotiate offers for transactions
- Manage the transaction process up until completion
Requirements:
- Active real estate broker in Niseko with a minimum of three years’ experience
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record
- Bilingual: English/Japanese
