FRONT DESK (Winter Seasonal)
Employment Conditions
Employment period: November 2024 up to ~March 2025
Hourly wage: 1500 yen
Working hours: 8 hours a day 30-40 hours a week
Working hours: Shift system 06:00~15:00 / 7:00~16:00 / 9:00~18:00 / 13:00~22:00 / 16:00~01:00 / 22:00~07:00 (Splitshift or other duty time possible)
 Responding to questions and requests from guests during their stay
 Room key management
 Management of luggage and letters
 Room inspection (confirmation of room equipment, etc.)
 Management of same-day reservations
 Transport of customers to Welcome Centre/Kutchan Station
 Disinfection of common spaces
 Room Inspection and pre-arrival check
 Concierge functions such as suggesting activities and restaurants to guests, booking of taxi, airline, hotels for guests’ onward travel
 On rare occasions, room cleaning work (may be requested during busy season)
 Other tasks that may be ask by your manager

Required experience, qualifications, etc.
 Ordinary car first class driver's license (for transportation to and from the suburbs)
 Hotel or hospitality experience
 English or Japanese, and any other language is an advantage
 Basic level Excel, Word, PC operation
RESERVATIONS (Winter Seasonal / Fulltime)
Employment Conditions

Working hours: 8 hours a day 30-40 hours a week
Working hours: Shift system 07:00-16:00 / 09:00-18:00 / 11:00-20:00
 Handle incoming reservation via email, voice calls, travel agents, and website, and feeds the data in the system correspondingly
 Monitors daily availability and occupancy
 Answers all phone inquiries
 Double check all reservations and update if necessary
 Management of same-day reservations
 Other tasks that may be ask by your manager

Required experience, qualifications, etc.
 Hotel or hospitality experience
 Business-level Japanese, daily conversation-level English
 Basic level Excel, Word, PC operation

HOUSEKEEPING (Seasonal)

Employment period: December 2023 to March 2024
Hourly wage: 1500 yen
Working hours: 8 hours a day 30-40 hours a week
Working hours: 8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00
Responsibilities
 Room inspection (room cleaning is outsourced)
 Cleaning of common spaces and public areas
 Most of the work is managed because room cleaning is basically outsourced.
 Other incidental work

 Basic level Excel, Word, PC operation

MAINTENANCE / SNOW CLEARING TEAM (Winter Seasonal)

Hourly Wage: 1600 yen
Working hours: 8 hours a day 30-40 hours a week
Working hours: 8:00-17:00 / 09:00-18:00
Business content
 Mainly snow removal including roof and other high places (manual work or by machine or snowplough)
 In-house maintenance support
 Other incidental work
 Support for other departments depending on the situation (shuttle pick-up/drop-off)
Required experience, qualifications, etc.
 Those who are confident in their physical strength are welcome
 Experienced snow removal is welcome
 To ensure safety, please follow the work coordination and instructions from your manager.
