In addition to rental villa operation and management, we also operate a catering service. Niseko Gourmet’s parent company, Elite Havens owns over 300 luxury private cottages in Bali, Lombok, Nusa Lembongan, Phuket, Koh Samui, Sri Lanka, India and the Maldives.

Job descriptions

  • Check-in/Check-out service (For both Japanese and foreign customers) 
  • Accurate response to questions to guests
  • Shuttle service (comfortable drive Hiace)
  • Communication with other departments  (locally and overseas)
    Snow clearing
  • Garbage collection runs
    Property inspections
  • Other incidental work

Qualifications

  • No educational background required / Inexperienced OK
  • Valid Driver’s license in Japan(AT limited is ok)
  • Japanese (English speaking and writing at intermediate level)

Place of work 

Either in the office in kutchan or chalets located in Hirafu and Niseko area

Working Hours 

  • 8 hours per day (flexible during the high and peak season)
  • Basically, 2 days off per week, shift system depending on the operation

Salary 

  • 280,000 JPY per months ～（Negotiable depending on experience)
