Position: Admin Manager
Location: Niseko, Japan
Language Skills: Fluent in Japanese and English

Responsibilities:

Provide seamless translation support to facilitate effective communication within the team.
Manage the payment process for invoices to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee salary disbursement to staff, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist in administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations of the company.
Requirements:

Fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
