The Vale Cellar Bar is now open from 6pm until late with a large range of cocktails, whiskeys (including Yamazaki 18 year old whiskey which has recently been awarded “Worlds Best Whiskey”), wines, beers, ciders and ales on offer! Try their classic cocktails and many variations on these classics with a Japanese twist, such as their signature cocktail “Cherry Blossom Margarita”.
