Introducing Flow Fitness, located on route 343 near the entrance to Hanazono, a fitness gym where you are free to pursue your own fitness goals and connect with people living and working in Niseko!
What we offer,
Small-group fitness class led by our coaches. Great ways to get fit and make new friends outside of work!
Open gym for your own workout with dumbbells up to 40kg, machines including Smith Machine, Cable Machine, Treadmills and more!
Various workshop such as Boxing, Tai-chi, kids class
Showers, changing rooms, and soon-to-be-completed juice bar and a Yotei-view balcony for you to relax
We are open from 7am-9pm on weekdays, 8am-9pm on weekends and public holidays. We welcome anyone! Please come take a look and have a chat with us anytime! If your company would like to encourage your guests or employees to stay active, we are also offering corporate passes so please feel free to get in touch.
