【Reservation and Revenue Manager】
Contract Period: Full-Time
Salary: JPY 360,000 ~ JPY 420,000
Key Accountabilities:
・Responsible for establishing and promoting the hotel brand of Midtown Niseko in the region including the
inbound market.
・Responsible for loading and maintaining rates, room inventory, and packages in the PMS to ensure
revenue maximization, and potential yield management opportunities.
・Stay current with industry trends and how they may impact demand. Attending external sessions,
symposiums, conventions and expos which can further knowledge and expertise
・Studies competitor movements and reacts in an immediate manner to changes in market conditions
and/or conditions that can alter current selling strategies.
・Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost-saving initiatives.
General Requirements:
 3-5 years’ experience in Reservation/ Hotel Revenue operation, with 2 year managerial role.
・Business level writing and speaking abilities in Japanese and English. Other spoken and written
language is a plus.
・MS Office and PC literacy.
・Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership skills with effective communication
skills. Teamwork and collaboration. Problem solving and conflict resolution. Adaptability and Flexibility.
