ABOUT THE ROLE 

Housekeeping Manager 

This role is based in the Kutchan-Niseko area, Hokkaido. This is a full time role throughout the entire year.  

Main tasks: 

  • Cleaning work (chalets and offices) 
  • Property management (damage check, contact with contractors) 
  • Inventory recording 
  • Assist with any guest emergency requests 
  • Purchase consumable items 
  • Set up welcome packs and amenities 
  • Arrange linen  
  • Create housekeeping schedule 
  • Coordinate with the reservations team 
  • Coordinate with the guest services team 
  • Training housekeeping team 
  • Transport for cleaning staff  
  • Garbage collection at times 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Independent, hands-on team member 
  • Team player 
  • Ability to work flexible hours 
  • Positive can do attitude 
  • Japanese National 
  • Japanese drivers license 
  • English speaking is preferred 

OFFER

280,000 JPY per month (250,000 JPY per month during the probation period)
