ABOUT THE ROLE
Housekeeping Manager
This role is based in the Kutchan-Niseko area, Hokkaido. This is a full time role throughout the entire year.
Main tasks:
- Cleaning work (chalets and offices)
- Property management (damage check, contact with contractors)
- Inventory recording
- Assist with any guest emergency requests
- Purchase consumable items
- Set up welcome packs and amenities
- Arrange linen
- Create housekeeping schedule
- Coordinate with the reservations team
- Coordinate with the guest services team
- Training housekeeping team
- Transport for cleaning staff
- Garbage collection at times
ABOUT YOU
- Independent, hands-on team member
- Team player
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Positive can do attitude
- Japanese National
- Japanese drivers license
- English speaking is preferred
OFFER:
280,000 JPY per month (250,000 JPY per month during the probation period)
