Job Description
Check-in and check-out procedures
Bell service
Managing and coordinating hotel reservations
Handling guest services such as transport arrangements and activity bookings
Responding to guest inquiries via email, phone, and in-person communication
Payment and billing reconciliation
Other hotel operation tasks
Ideal Candidate
Strong English proficiency (essential for guest communication)
→ For non-Japanese nationals, Japanese communication skills are also required.
Experience in either front desk or reservations is preferred.
Proficient PC skills.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills.
A friendly and service-minded attitude, with a love for guest interaction.
Conditions
Location: Hotel Chalet Ivy Hirafu (188-19, Yamada, Kutchan-cho, Abuta-gun,
Hokkaido)
Salary: ¥250,000–¥300,000 per month
Working hours: Shift-based (including night shifts)
Employment type: Full-time
