Job Description
 Check-in and check-out procedures
 Bell service
 Managing and coordinating hotel reservations
 Handling guest services such as transport arrangements and activity bookings
 Responding to guest inquiries via email, phone, and in-person communication
 Payment and billing reconciliation
 Other hotel operation tasks
Ideal Candidate
 Strong English proficiency (essential for guest communication)
→ For non-Japanese nationals, Japanese communication skills are also required.
 Experience in either front desk or reservations is preferred.
 Proficient PC skills.
 Team-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills.
 A friendly and service-minded attitude, with a love for guest interaction.
Conditions
 Location: Hotel Chalet Ivy Hirafu (188-19, Yamada, Kutchan-cho, Abuta-gun,
Hokkaido)
 Salary: ¥250,000–¥300,000 per month
 Working hours: Shift-based (including night shifts)
 Employment type: Full-time
