Catering Staff – Cook
English (Bilingual English/Japanese applicants highly regarded)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established menus.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and team members.
Key Qualities
- Experience in cooking and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Must hold a valid Japanese driver’s license or be able to obtain an International Driving Permit.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
