M Group Niseko is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our team for the 2024/25 Winter Season with an immediate start! We are a well-established company that owns multiple properties located in the center of the Hirafu area.
We are looking for staff that are team-oriented, friendly, calm and collected, have good problem-solving skills and are well-organised with a keen eye for detail. Applicants should be well-presented with excellent etiquette possessing a positive attitude and strong work-ethic.
Working Hours: 40-45hrs, 5-6 days per week.
Location: Niseko Hirafu
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooking and managing breakfast service.
- Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast.
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
- Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
- Assist the Owner when required.
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years previous culinary experience required
- Excellent Communication & Organisation Skills
- Experience in Hospitality preferred
Remuneration:
- 1300 – 1500 JPY per hour, depending on experience.
Candidates for this position must have the right to work in Japan, holding a valid working holiday visa or similar.
