ABOUT THE ROLE
Assistant to the Operations Manager – Owner Liaison (English speaking)
This role is based in Kutchan, Hokkaido. This is a full time role throughout the entire year.
Main tasks:
• Assist Guest Services to book transportation, restaurant booking and other activities for the guests
with Japanese contractors
• Corporate and assist with other members (NG staff, HK staff etc.)
• Assist with Japanese booking system set up
• Keep record of all guest data, guest reviews and complaints
• Handle company mobile phone – Japanese requests
• Obtain quotations from suppliers regarding the operational items of the villas
• Assist communicate with owners regarding operational updates
• Assist processing address registration after foreign staff enter the country
• Assist foreign staff in opening bank accounts
