Niseko Black is looking for a detail-oriented Office Admin to join our team. This position is available on both a full-time and part-time basis.

Position: Office Admin
Location: Niseko, Hokkaido

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks.

  • Make calls to suppliers, restaurants, and agents.

  • Handle paperwork and documentation.

  • Help organize and streamline operations.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License (International or Japanese).

  • Previous experience in management or organizational roles.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic computer skills.

  • English: Intermediate and above level

  • Japanese: Advanced level
