OFFICE ADMIN SUPPORT

 

We are looking for a bi-lingual Japanese/English speaker to support the management team of two luxury properties located in Niseko Annupuri. You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including property management and concierge duties. Working behind the scenes of this chalet featured on Netflix, our office staff keeps everything organised and running smoothly. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • General office admin and communication 
  • Ordering necessary items
  • Communication with suppliers
  • Reservations for restaurants, activities, rental cars, etc.
  • Document creation, file organisation, translation assistance
  • Receiving and making phone calls, meeting with suppliers, services, and staff
  • Record management of invoices, petty cash, receipts, expenses, etc.
  • General office work such as shopping and cleaning

 

Requirements:

  • Driver licence
  • Japanese (Advanced) 
  • English (intermediate)
  • Computer skills (Google workspace is a plus)
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Available from November (negotiable) until end of March

 

Working Hours

Staff work in shifts of 5-8 hours per day, between 08:00-22:00 (flextime system)

4-5 days a week (up to 28 hours/week). 

Work days may vary, including weekends

 

Pay & Benefits

Hourly wage 1,500~2,000 yen

Provided: Annupuri Resort season pass & subsidised staff accommodation.

Flexible schedules allow lots of time for skiing / snowboarding

If you don’t have a car, we provide a shuttle service to get to work.
