Action-packed Summer Camps

Year-round outdoor activity provider Imagine is offering two exciting 3-day summer camps in August for kids aged 7-14. All camps are taught in both English and Japanese, creating a great opportunity for passive language acquisition while having fun.

Adventure Camp is based in a forest in Kimobetsu, with overnight camping on the second night. After survival skills training, kids get down to work, building primitive villages in teams using wood, ropes and tools, cooking on their own campfires and building rafts.

Toya Summer Camp gives kids a vast range of outdoor experiences on and around the magnificent Lake Toya. ‘SUP Quidditch’, snorkeling, cycling, cow farming, island exploration and beach games are some of the highlights. Activities are during the daytime, so parents can either drive to Toya each day or spend two nights there for a mini family getaway. There’s even a BBQ for all families to get together one evening.
