Studio En is a grounding space for you to explore the mind-body connection, move with your breath and find a moment of Zen. Escape the stresses of daily life in a studio space designed to foster a feeling of peace and calm. We are committed to bringing you great teaching and our schedule holds a wide range of styles that honour both the history of yoga as well as its ever-changing landscape. Our studio is always open to both those who are completely new to yoga and those who have an established practice.
