The dining lounge ‘ kitchen ‘ at Chatrium Niseko Hotel was created in 2019 as a sister restaurant to the French restaurant KAMIMURA on the same floor. While maintaining the same approach to cooking that brings out the best of the ingredients that KAMIMURA values, kitchen offers an abundance of genre-defying dishes such as pâté, ajillo and other bar dishes, grilled dishes using charcoal ovens, and Japanese cuisine, including sushi. The restaurant aims to be a place where diners can relax and enjoy a casual meal, with a selection of alcoholic beverages that go well with the food, including wine, sake, whisky and local beers.
