For seasonal staff, you must be able to obtain a working holiday visa or other visa that allows you to work in Japan, and you can speak English or Japanese, even if you have no experience.

For year-round staff, the company will assist you in obtaining a work visa, but you must be able to speak Japanese and English at a business level or above. (Chinese is a plus).
