Hotel front desk duties (night shift included), reservation duties

・ Check in and check out duties

・ Bell duties

・ Handling and managing hotel room reservations

・ Arranging and mediating hotel guest services (e.g., transportation, activity bookings)

・ Handling guest inquiries by email, phone, in person

・ Checking settlements

・ Other related incidental duties

・ English language required (must have English conversation skills for handling foreign guest inquiries)
* Japanese Skill is also required for foreign applicant
・ Experienced front or reservation staff preferred
・ Excellent customer service skills
・ Passion for excellent guest experience
・ Well-presented and professional appearance

・ Must be able to do HoRenSo (report, contact, consult) properly with supervisors and other staff
