Receptionist
Responsibilities and Duties
Warmly greeting all customers and visitors
Handling phone / email reservations and enquiries in a polite and timely manner
Scheduling appointments and document guest notes, feedback
Ensuring reception area is well presented at all times
Other general administrative tasks
Using knowledge to provide product solutions
Requirements:
Prefer candidates with experience working in a hotel spa
Native or business level English. Conversational level Japanese preferred.
Basic computer operation skills
Ability to multi-task and maintain composure
Standard Working Hours
Variable working hours system on a monthly basis
Typical working hours: 12:00 – 17:00, 12:00-20:00 (1 hour break)
8 days off / per month
Shift system (requests will be considered), monthly rosters
Employment Benefits
JPY 1,600 per hour
