Responsibilities and Duties
 Warmly greeting all customers and visitors
 Handling phone / email reservations and enquiries in a polite and timely manner
 Scheduling appointments and document guest notes, feedback
 Ensuring reception area is well presented at all times
 Other general administrative tasks
 Using knowledge to provide product solutions
 Prefer candidates with experience working in a hotel spa
 Native or business level English. Conversational level Japanese preferred.
 Basic computer operation skills
 Ability to multi-task and maintain composure
Standard Working Hours
 Variable working hours system on a monthly basis
 Typical working hours: 12:00 – 17:00, 12:00-20:00 (1 hour break)
 8 days off / per month
 Shift system (requests will be considered), monthly rosters
