Position : Guest Services Staff

Full-time, year round position with the potential to become permanent staff.

 

Key Responsibilities 

– Handling guest enquiries over email, phone, and in person, and converting these enquiries into bookings in our accommodations 

– Greeting and checking guests into their accommodation 

– Assist guests during their stay to ensure they have a positive and memorable holiday in Niseko.

– Ensure properties are presentable and in good condition by checking the properties before the guest arrival

– Pick up and drop off the guests

– Upsell Taiga’s guest services to guests

 

 

Key Qualities

– Experience in guest services/hospitality is preferred

– Team player who enjoys working and communicating with co-workers

– Focussed on delivering good outcomes with integrity

– Japanese driving license, comfortable with helping with luggage

– Highly fluent in both written and spoken Japanese and English 

 

 

Working Hours

40 hours per week, 8 Hours per day, 2 days off per week, paid overtime.

 

Remuneration

245,000 – 275,000 JPY per month depending on language ability and experience
