We are in search for a Solutions Manager to be based in Thailand.

Key responsibilities:

To discover and pursue new real estate developer prospects and maintain and develop existing client accounts to meet and surpass the company’s expectations and financial targets

  • Maintain and develop existing client accounts
  • Build new client relationships
  • Research, monitor and forecast market trend
  • Arrange phone meetings with clients on a regular basis
  • Arrange itineraries to travel regularly to your designated market for face-to-face meetings with existing and new clients and to attend networking and industry functions
  • Maintain and updates case file on clients
  • Collaborate with Management and Leadership Teams to find relevant solutions for new and existing developer clients
  • Prepare and deliver multimedia solution proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Liaise closely with Awards entry team to manage developer client Awards journey from entry to AMP purchase
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in the real estate industry in your local market
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other applications


Key Requirements are:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role (hunter)
  • Energetic with strong sales experience
  • Possess great communication skills  in Japanese.
  • Eagerness to learn and build strong market knowledge.
  • Able to travel internationally and love challenges.
