Our Niseko HQ in main street Hirafu is seeking a committed and motivated individual who is able to communicate with our owners ensuring that we maintain our high standards of customer service. The position is a key link across both property management and reservations to maximise yields for our owners.

Attributes required 

  • Good time management skills, reliable, organised and well-presented
  • Spreadsheet skills/experience
  • Strong administration skills with competent levels in Microsoft excel and word
  • Knowledge of the local area and a passion for a career in the snow industry
  • Ability to blend within a team of specialised individuals and lead colleagues when needed

Language Requirements

Good level of written and spoken English. Japanese understanding the most desirable but not essential. Applicants who have a TOEIC or JLPT certification are advised to include the score in their CV/Resume.

  • Liaison and communications between Property Owners and SkiJapan Property Management Division
  • Respond to property owners queries or requested assistance
  • Assisting property owners and their associates with requested information in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communicate with department staff and other departments in assisting with owners in resort.
  • Meet and greet property owners when appropriate and discuss management of their asset with the core objectives of delivering accurate and concise information.

SALARY Monthly 260,000 ~ 360,000

WORK HOURS 8:30 ~ 17:30/ 40hours a week
