Job Summary

As a Customer Success Representative you will interact with customers by email or telephone. You will need a deep understanding of the Roomboss system and of the business, so that you can advise our customers of how to get the most out of Roomboss.
You need a sense of customer service to be able to empathize with the person you are helping, to understand their issue, provide the best solution and ideally be proactive in finding ways to bring their business to the next level.


– Be knowledgeable of ROOMBOSS systems and services
– Answer customers questions and address their concerns efficiently by using the knowledge and resources at their disposal
– Communicate with the software engineers to identify issues and suggest ways to improve the product
– Help companies that use ROOMBOSS to make the most of our system/services
– Take on special projects as needed


– Monthly salary 270,000 ~ 400,000 yen depending on experience and ability.

Work Hours

– 9:00 to 18:00 5 days per week – during winter peak season the whole team will be rotating shifts during
– Saturdays and Sundays
– 40 hours per week, no overtime necessary
– Flexibility to change hours to ski in the morning during winter


– Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
– 16 paid leave days per year
– 5 days paid sick leave per year
