TAIGA provides a comprehensive range of services in Niseko, from real estate sales to project design & management, and property management of TAIGA’s productions. We are a tight knit collection of Niseko enthusiasts, and are looking for a positive team player to play an active and long-term role in our company.  

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Nurture relationships and provide clients with the best possible opportunities
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and investing process
  • Negotiate good outcomes for the clients
  • Organize property viewings
  • Prepare and maintain sales and marketing materials, both digitally and in print
  • Build and constantly update personal knowledgebase of current market prices and trends
  • Present and check sales documentation to the clients
  • Actively seek out new clients and listing opportunities

 

Requirements and Skills

 

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience and success in sales
  • Ability to work independently while concurrently being a committed team player
  • Integrity, honesty, responsiveness, and a positive attitude are critical
  • Fluent English required (verbal & written)
  • Ability in Japanese or Chinese will be a major asset
  • Knowledge and understanding of Niseko
  • Basic Word and Excel skills
  • Flexible about working schedule
  • Driver’s license
  • Valid working visa (sponsorship will be considered for particularly strong candidates)

 

 

Location

Niseko-Hirafu area, Kutchan-cho (office in Hirafu)

 

Contract

1 year contract (3 months probationary period). 

Goal of permanent employment from year 2. 

 

 

Working hours: 

40 hours per week (9 hours per day with 1 hour break.  Hours will be flexible hours after probationary period)

 

Salary

An attractive package will be available to the successful candidate (to be determined based on experience and skills)

 

Holidays: Approximately 120 days off per year, 10 days paid vacation per year after 6 months of employment.

Staff Accommodation : Hirafu or Kabayama
