Annupuri Properties  Property Management


We are seeking full and part-time Property Management staff to join our team in Annupuri.  As a vital part of our hospitality and property management services, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our villas, maintaining excellent owner and guest relations, coordinating with maintenance, and housekeeping, and overseeing various property management tasks. This position requires fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English, along with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Functions:

Owner and Guest Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for villa owners and guests, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing all inquiries or issues.
  • Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest feedback and reviews, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.


Property Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of villas, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and ready for owners and their guests.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and maintenance work.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of villas to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Liaise with maintenance personnel to nsure all maintenance issues are resolved efficiently to minimize disruptions for guests and owners.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure villa cleanliness and presentation.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Native level Japanese with business level proficiency in English (reading and writing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email and PC skill.
  • Valid Japan driver’s license.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle guest and owner interactions professionally.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and resolve issues proactively.
