H2 Group manages 150 high-end properties in Niseko and Furano. Our Owner Relations staff are responsible for ensuring our property owners experience outstanding customer service through smooth and efficient communication. Tasks include liaising with our property owners, preparing documents for Japanese tax accountants, ordering guest services for owners, coordinating maintenance tasks with the Facilities team, and reviewing owner financial statements. The position requires good (not native) levels of English reading and writing – other languages (particularly Japanese) are also advantageous. Applicants with previous customers service experience, particularly hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.

 

Responsibility

  1. To provide excellent customer service and communication with owner through email and phone calls
  2. Billing to owners for management and services
  3. Purchase of goods requested by the owner
  4. Check and organize insurance, tax returns, licenses, etc. for managed properties

Qualifications

– Japanese Driving license/ International driving license

 

Required/Skill

– Customer services experience preferred.

– Ability to read and write in both English and Japanese

– Basic skill of Word and Excel

– Strong communication and administration skills

 

Salary

Monthly 291,666 ~ 358,333 (Depends on experience and qualification)

9:00 ~ 18:00
