- Managing supplier relationships
- Coordinating guides and transport logistics
- Training and managing seasonal staff
- Assisting guests in booking activities
- Processing bookings and payment via Explore Niseko point of sale system
- Updating products on our website, point of sale system and other systems
- Merchandise stock control
- Product development
REQUIREMENTS
- Enthusiastic about snow and outdoor sports
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Presentable
- Team player
- Ski resort and retail experience preferred
- High attention to detail
