Job Overview
The onsen receptionist performs day-to-day onsen reception duties. The team works together to improve the service every day for the owners and guests to experience the best hospitality in Setsu Niseko.
Responsibilities and Duties
The key tasks that are required of this person include:
- Private onsen reception
- Handle guest phone call and email
- Onsen amenities replenishment
- Touch-up of public onsen, private onsen, and onsen lounge
- Assist with other division as required
Reports to: Setsu Niseko Front Desk Supervisor
Qualifications / Requirements
- Passionate about customer service and cleaning (keeping things tidy clean)
- Understand Setsu Niseko’s vision for customer service and be committed to its delivery
- Be an excellent, flexible, inspirational and involved team player
- Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines with close attention to detail
- Always be punctual and considerate of fellow work colleagues
- Native or business level English. Conversational level Japanese is a plus.
- Visa status permitting work in Japan
Standard Working Hours
9 hours per day (with 1 hour break); between 7:00-24:00; 30-40 hours per week
Contract Period
①April 1, 2023 – May 7, 2023 ②June 1, 2023 – November 5, 2023 ③July 1, 2023 – September 30, 2023
Wage
¥1,300 per hour
