  • Fluent in English.
  • Written and spoken Japanese is a plus.
  • A Diploma/ Degree in a recognized field. Preferably a Hospitality or Tourism programme.
  • Open minded working with people from different cultures and back ground.

  • Create marketing and communication plans geared toward end users for each market segment, in line with strategy, targets and within budget.
  • Work with the internal and external suppliers/designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
  • Do research through media, internet and competitors to develop new ideas, promotions and events to reach end user markets.
  • Share new innovations, technology and how they can be used to leverage marketing efforts.
  • Involve respective Team leaders at each stage of campaign, and report results once completed.
  • Do research and come up with “niche” Events/ Activities to create awareness and increase publicity of NVKK. Events/ activities planning, organization and coordination.
  • Network and liaise with key media and publishers to promote the Resort as a key destination.
  • Ensuring that all marketing materials do not deviate from the company’s vision and branding.
  • Update weekly images and captions on Social media – FB and Insta.
  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Use email, social networking and other electronic marketing techniques to inform customers of new products and generate sales.
  • Where appropriate, attend key Trade shows to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups.
  • Keep Resort’s website up to date as necessary using the internal web administration tools.
  • Perform market research to assess viability of potential new products and to measure success of recent campaigns.
  • Reply FB and Social media customers’ queries in a timely manner and provide appropriate solutions.
