Owner Relationship Consultant (FULL TIME)

The Owner Relationship Consultants key role is to establish and maintain a long-term relationship with each of the Niseko Portfolio owners.

The Owner Relationship Consultants key role is to establish and maintain a long-term relationship with each of the Niseko Portfolio owners and is the primary point of contact for all matters specific to each individual Owner.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a close working relationship with all property Owners
  • Communicate with all Owners as required via email or phone
  • Maintain the state of all contracts between the owners and the Company
  • Review and distribution of Owner Statements monthly and assist with any enquiries of same working closely with Accountants
  • Assising owners in preparing annual owner statements and tax preparation for the nominated Tax Accountant
  • Act as an intermediary between Tax Accountant and Owner if required
  • Retain an organized and up to date online filing system for all Owners Records
  • Coordinate Owner payment Requests
  • Owner Concierge – prebooked and in house
  • Meet and Greet owner during any owner stay
  • Oversee all operation issues with owner property in conjunction with operations staff
  • Request approval for maintenance or other expenditure over permitted limit
  • Review and ensure all letting agreements, insurance policy and other related are up to date and kept up to date
  • Ensure letting agreements are completed and signed for any new Owners
  • Monitor and ensure all agreed terms in the letting agreements are being met
  • Management and distribution of owner Mid-year and End of Season (Annual) Owner Reports
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Friendly and personable
  • Able to work well both individually and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in excel and other computer skills
  • Self-motivated and independent thinker
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English. Written and spoken
