Full time Front of House Manager required for new, luxury accommodation in Hirafu.

Responsibilities

  • Guest relations and problem solving
  • Managing guest arrivals and departures
  • Working with our operations team to deliver seamless guest experience
  • Answering in-house guest enquiries
  • Concierge services
  • Coordination of guest lift shuttles and resort taxis
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management
  • Staff training and development

Experience / Skills Required

  • Outgoing and friendly attitude
  • Well organised and good time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Prior experience in hotel and Hospitality industry
  • Independent thinker and problem solver
  • Flexible working hours
  • Ability to think quickly and react to situations accordingly
  • Japanese – min business level (or native)
  • English – fluent
  • Team player
  • Must hold a D Class driving license or international equivalent
  • Must  be eligible to work in Japan (sponsorship available)
