Key Responsibilities
Manual snow clearing work that involves clearing snow from areas around the Managed properties.
The areas include and not limited to;
– Roofs of single dwellings.
– Porch roofs
– Garage roofs
– Snow blower operation Assistance
– Areas around driveways
Requirements
– Previous experience is desired.
– Manual labour experience.
– Safety Awareness
– Work Consistency
– Attention to detail
– Greetings in Japanese(Supervisor speaks English)

Work Period
December 15th 2022 – February 28th 2023 (Contract extension possible pending performance and snow conditions) with 1month probationary period
Salary
From ¥1,400 per hour to ¥1,700 per hour. + Travel allowance
Candidates for the upper range of the salary shall proactively work at heights.
Hours
Flexible working patterns with the minimum starting from 2 to 3 days a week for a 4 hour shift. Shift can start from either 8am or 1pm.
