Routine Manual Snow Clearing across the resorts and outlying properties Managed by MnK.
Key Responsibilities
The snow clearing operations includes and is not limited to,
– The operation and support of a large snowblower for clearing of specified areas around MnK Managed properties.
– Clearing snow off porch and garage roofs
– Clearing of snow from roofs of single dwellings.
– Clearing of areas to ensure safety of guests and staff. Requirements
– Previous experience is desired.
– Manual labour experience.
– Safety Awareness
– Work Consistency
– Attention to detail
– Drive and motivation to complete tasks with the team.
– English language skill and basic Japanese is advantageous

Work Period
December 1st 2022 – February 28th 2023 (Contract extension possible pending performance and snow conditions) with 1month probationary period
Salary
From ¥1,400 per hour to ¥1,700 per hour. + Travel allowance
Candidates for the upper range of the salary shall proactively work at heights.
Hours
5 days/40 hours per week(8 hour shifts ) with 1 hour unpaid break.
