Property Management Landscaping And Exterior
The role will be incorporated into the Property Management Department. The individual will be reporting to the Maintenance Team Supervisor and will primarily be undertaking groundskeeping during Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Snow clearing during the winter. Training will also be provided for staff to be able to assist the team with facilities management and simple maintenance to ensure the quality and timely delivery of Property Management Services for our Property Owners and Guests. A strong candidate must have past property management and landscaping experience and be able to undertake the varying tasks of the team to a proficient level, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and task management, and delegation abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- To undertake and lead general, Landscaping and Snow-clearing to achieve the long-term objectives of the PM department
- Responding and delegation of tasks where required.
- Reporting and recording of issues to the Maintenance Team Supervisor and property management software
- Following up of tasks and progress.
- Upkeep maintenance and recording of department machinery.
