MnK Niseko is a distinctive and growing property management and hospitality company that operates year-round, located in the natural surrounds of Niseko, Hokkaido. We specialise in resort accommodation management, with three distinct locations – Country Resort, Akazora and The Orchards. As the ski slopes of Mt Niseko-Annupuri are situated just minutes away from our resort communities and apartment hotel, our accommodation solutions provide the perfect setting for family or group holidays. Key Responsibilities
- Providing our guests with friendly, professional and personalised customer service
- Simple maintenance on all MnK vehicles including fluid checks and top up when required and maintaining the general vehicle condition
- Shuttling our guests to and from town following all of Japan’s driving and road laws
- Checking, updating and organising our daily bus schedule
- Communicating with your team to ensure a smooth flow of operation
- Providing a safe and comfortable journey for our guests in challenging driving conditions
- Physical work and a lot of snow clearing!
- Being a team player; working and living in a close environment with your teammates
- Providing guests with local information and recommendations
- Supporting the Front Desk/Resort Services team and site manager
- Supporting other teams during busy times
Selection Criteria
- Comprehensive driving experience in medium to large vehicles (20+ seaters) in adverse weather conditions
- The ability to use your initiative and work well under pressure
- The desire to learn all the local information/activities and help recommend guest services
- Comfortable with physical work and up for a lot of snow clearing!
- Face to face customer service/tour guide or hospitality experience is an advantage
- Awesome and friendly personality
