M Group Niseko is now hiring seasonal staff for 2022/23 ski season! We are a well-established company that owns multiple properties located in the center of the Hirafu area.
We are looking for staff that are team-oriented, friendly, calm and collected, have good problem-solving skills and are well-organised with a keen eye for detail. Applicants should be well-presented with excellent etiquette, and have a positive attitude and strong work-ethic.
M Group Hotel Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Hotel staff.
- Monitor guests’ arrivals and departures and greet and welcome guests.
- Respond to and follow up on reservations and guest services enquiries.
- Ensure reservations, airport transfers and guest services requests are accurately booked and delivered to a high standard.
- Liaise with the Hotel staff to ensure reservations and guest services payments are confirmed and received.
- Assist with the service delivery of the Hotel breakfast for guests.
- Assist the Owner when required.
Required Skills
- Business Level English or higher.
- Business Level Japanese or higher.
- Desirable: Prior experience in travel / hospitality industry.

- Accommodation provided in the heart of Hirafu.
